Burrana have been helping airlines create extraordinary passenger experiences for over 50 years. Through constant innovation and their product portfolio, they’re a first-choice, integrated, end-to-end cabin-technology provider.
When they chose us for their Aircraft Interiors stand again in 2019 things were a little bit different...
It was a new but familiar project for us. We’d worked with these guys for years…but this was the first time we’d worked with them since they’d re-branded and re-launched as Burrana from digEcor.
Exciting stuff! But we had to get this right, and almost treat them like a brand-new client in some respects. We had to make the transition from the old company to Burrana flawlessly. It was as important for us as it was for them.
But one of the things we do is get to know our customer. So, we learned the new brand, the new feel; and we got to really familiarise ourselves with Burrana. It was essential to go through the getting-to-know you process again to gain that complete understanding, and enter the clients mind to know what they wanted.
And when it came to concepts and design, we didn’t let them down…
Our first Burrana stand stood out really well at the show. It was dark and bold, with a commanding presence. It provided the perfect backdrop for what they wanted to showcase.
A talking point was the cabin communications. We’d taken care of nicely by creating a well-lit abstract aircraft cabin, complete with seats and integrated electronics and modular products that are part of the Burrana passenger benefit offering.
Their innovative products that enable airlines around the world to deliver a tailored inflight experience were mounted and back-lit. That created a series of attractive focal points for the cabin crew, maintenance staff and executive management tech that we needed to showcase.
It made people want to step up and check the Burrana products out.
So, that was the first one ticked off. A success. Now on to the next…
