Boohoo Man Active

For the inaugural Arnold Sports Festival, headline sponsors Boohoo Man Active wanted Equinox to create a brand showcase that created a VIP party for visitors to their stand.

The Boohoo Man Active team knew what they wanted to create, a space that could cater for fitness challenges, athlete meet + greets, a retail offering and a live DJ booth. The team knew their stand would be popular, and so needed to ensure visitor flow was managed and the stand never felt overcrowded.

Technically, they envisioned a brand heavy space, with a mix of print + digital elements throughout the stand to showcase the Boohoo Man Active brand. Large brand logos featured around the stand, including an illuminated logo to welcome visitors in from the exhibition hall.

Equinox’s design team set about visualising the space, centring the stand around the live DJ stage. Sports mannequins were positioned around the space alongside retail showcases to showcase the latest Boohoo Man Active clothing lines.

What better way to get in the spirit of the event than to compete for the top spot on the Boohoo Man Active challenge leader board and a £1000 cash prize? Pull up and triceps dip challenge areas were designed at the edge of the stand to attract even more competitors to the stand.

Over the three-day event, fans had the chance to take photos with major athletes in the dedicated meet + greet area, including Russian MMA legend Khabib Nurmagomedov, fitness professional Simeon Panda, boxers Lawrence Okolie + Josh Kelly, powerlifter Larry Wheels and strongman Eddie Hall.

Knowing your audience and creating experiences catered to them ensures a successful show.

New product launches, flash giveaways, fitness challenges and of course athlete meet + greets. Boohoo Man Active definitely created a buzz around their brand, we cannot wait to go bigger and better for Arnold Sports Festival 2022.
